Rheometer (TA Instuments AR-G2)
The AR-G2 is a rotational rheometer. It employs a unique separate motor and transducer technology for rheological measurements, capable of measuring stress independently of the applied shear deformation. It is used to determine rheology of bitumen and fine solids suspensions encountered in oil sands extraction and tailings management.
